Tuesday - May 11, 2010 – “AGILE Software Development Methods and Rational Team Concert”

This presentation will cover the implementation and operation of AGILE methods and then show how Rational Team Concert supports the implementation of various software development models including SCRUM and other Agile approaches.

They will also focus on some of the challenges organizations face when trying to adopt new concepts and processes as well as tools to support these. ATSC will highlight their unique approach in introducing new tools and processes into organizations while reducing the impact on productivity.

Speaker Bios:

Chris Morgan is a Technical Director at ATSC and a certified scrum master with numerous successful engagements helping teams adopt tools and processes while maximizing the value gained.

Eyal Abukasis is a Regional Director at ATSC and a scrum master with numerous successful coaching engagements helping teams adapt and adopt tools and processes. Eyal is a regular speaker at the Rational Software Conferences.
