Join us to see Siraj share his exeperience and lessons learned from coaching Agile.
He will be joined by some of his clients as he presents these lessons:
- What is the Philosophy of adopting Agile (or any other process improvement initiative)?
- What are the Forces around the adoption of Agile?
- What are the team Dynamics that enable the adoption of Agile?
He will also present case studies of a few teams and projects that decided to adopt Agile.
You will have the opportunity to pose questions to people with an understanding of Agile as well as real experience with the adoption process.
